Do I need my own payment account?
No. On our paid plans you can run on bank transfers alone, with no payment provider at all.
Can I use my own Stripe account?
Yes, absolutely! Customers pay into your own account, so the money goes straight to you and we never hold your funds. We support Stripe today, and the platform is built so more can be added.
What does the free plan actually cost?
2% per booking, nothing else. Past NZ$2,450/month of your own bookings, a $49 per month flat plan works out better value for you.
Can I use my own domain and branding?
Yes — custom domain on the Thrive plan, your logo, colours and themes on every plan.
Is there anything for charities?
A free Community package for verified charities and community organisations with all of the features of the Grow plan. Helping our communities and supporting charities is a core part of our existence.
